I "Hava" Problem

What to do...what to do...I am having a dilemma over a new puppy!!  This is rather huge considering I was the family member who had the consistent vote of "NO" to any dog coming into our family!

But our little Cubby has won my heart! He is just the sweetest, cutest and smartest little puppy!! He's the BEST!!  He's a purebred CKC registered Havanese and I would defintiely stick with a registered breeder, if not the same breeder (not sure I have the patience to wait for a new litter - could be a year).  I'm certain to be sticking with the Havanese breed, hypo-allergenic no mess no fuss and they are small!! Pack-able little travellers!

Yes, I recognize extra cost, more work, higher vet bills, issue of getting sitters and for sure more POOP! But I also see the other side of companionship between the 2 dogs, and companionship with our family.  2 kids 2 dogs. In the beginning I expect more work but after that I can't imagine it being all that much more.

I feel like I'm deciding to have another child, which I kind of am I guess...but anyone who knows me, understands that I am not in the market for a baby!! No way!!  That ship has sailed and for sure isn't coming back to port!! :)

Some will say "oh it's your mommy senses, you don't really want a puppy you want a baby" no no I'm sure! I want a puppy! Lol a puppy has a kennel and if it ends up to be the worst decision of life (It would be a LAST resort of course) but it is somewhat removable provided we find another loving caring home.  Babies are not quite as transferable
(please note that I would never want to do that to a puppy and of course it would NEVER be an option for a baby lol) I have to add that I don't want anyone mis-understanding my writing here.  But of course I would never purchase a puppy thinking that I'd just get rid him. :(  puppies are commitments not to be taken lightly...I know I know I understand! :)

But just look at that little face!! Yes, I definitely "Hava" problem!! :)
